Warm and welcoming, Arrochar Primary School follows a GIRFEC approach; offering a nurturing environment to support all children in their learning.

As a small school, serving surrounding villages: Arrochar, Tarbet and Succoth, we offer a unique and fulfilling learning experience. Our beautiful surroundings of Loch Lomond and woodlands spaces, are regularly incorporated and enjoyed in our teaching of the Scottish Curriculum for Excellence.

Our school, along with our Early Learning and Childcare Unit offers the full curriculum for ages 3 – 12 and is dedicated to raising attainment across all stages. To maximise teaching allocation, our class structure for 2024/25 is three classes, Monday to Wednesday and two classes, Thursday and Friday.

Our hardworking and enthusiastic school has links with many local groups, organisations and businesses to provide a wide variety of opportunities and experiences for our pupils.

Dedicated school staff offer a range of exciting clubs, leadership roles, outdoor learning experiences, school committees, trips and sporting events throughout the year.
